Typhoid fever is a bacterial infection which is caused by Salmonella Typhi. It is most common in countries with poor sanitation and low hygiene standards of hygiene.

It is usually transmitted by food or drinks that have been contaminated with feces of an  infected person

The symptoms of Typhoid Fever include:
